Address: No.151 KangDing Rd, JingAn Sports Center Swimming Pool地址：静安体育中心游泳馆，康定路151号 Time: 9am-12pm Sunday Pls arrive pool before 8:40.   时间：周日上午9-12点，请于8:40前到游泳馆。 Pre-paid for members on subscriptions and 150 for per sessions.Annual fee start from Jan is 4600. Cover Jan to the end of Nov 2016.泳池费用：普通会员150元每次。年费从一月缴纳至十一月底的价格是4600。 Before you get wet please mark on the sign out sheet.  Circle your payment beside your name (add your name if missing), then put payment in the Azures box. 周日请在下水进入泳池前，在出席名单那张纸上你的名字旁边，把支付的金额圈出来，然后将本次费用放在Azures的盒子中，如果名单上漏写了你的名字，请在表格下方补写上。 For those who didn't fulfill the waiver form before, pls read carefully and sign before you get into the pool. 请没有填写过免责声明的同学，在游泳馆门口仔细阅读，填写好免责声明并签名。   Pls Sign up：请报名:
